First Foot Forward

My migraines have gotten worse recently. Three in a week. I grew tired of waking up in the morning only to pop a pair of Excedrin Migraine pills just to be able to function without the pulsing pain behind my right eye. My eye sight would fade in that eye, and I really need those.

I called up my knowledgeable and  committed  doctor for advice or an appointment. She recommended that with my history of them, to try an elimination diet. I was told to take out dairy and sugar from my diet for awhile and monitor the effects.

Well, I needed to lose weight anyway.

For breakfast I had an egg and half of an apple.

For lunch I had a grilled chicken breast with Moroccan spices and edamame.

For dinner I am thinking of baking up some spinach and artichoke hearts and grilled salmon.

I felt very full after breakfast and lunch. My energy is up and I feel like doing yoga again.
